COURSE TITLE:  PERSONALITY AND PERFORMANCE: THE FUNDAMENTALS AND THE STATE-OF-THE-ART

To provide an overview of key conceptual and measurement issues and advances in personality as it relates to the prediction of performance in the workplace.  Both the independent and dependent variable sides of this equation have received a large amount of research attention, and the class will discuss related readings that are relevant to the research and practice of organizational psychologists.
