This course requires students to work on a supervised research project leading to the presentation of a long essay of approximately 10,000 words . It gives students experience in carrying out original research, organising and analysing material and placing it within a larger art-historical context.
This course will provide students with an opportunity to develop the Graduate Attributes specified below:
Critically competent in a core academic discipline of their award
Students know and can critically evaluate and, where applicable, apply this knowledge to topics/issues within their majoring subject.
