Description

This course aims to equip students with advanced academic writing, research, and communication skills. Students will learn to produce well-structured and critically analytical academic writing, supported by academic evidence and correct APA referencing. The course also focuses on enhancing students' oral presentation skills and their ability to engage in academic discussions with their peers. Emphasis is placed on developing strong independent learning skills, effective time management, and digital competence for academic purposes. This course is available only to students enrolling in the UC Pre-Masters Programme.

Prerequisites

120 points at 100 level; and permission of the Programme Coordinator.
