Description

This course will establish a scientific, legal and practical definition of biosecurity and pursue the ramifications of breaches to the systems in place to protect New Zealand from such affronts to our security.

Prerequisites

36 points at 100 level approved by the course co-ordinator.

This is a block-taught paper in the Summer School period. Teaching dates are Monday - Friday 15-19 November and Monday 22 November. Assessment will be set with hand-in dates during November and December, but contact hours will cease at the close of day on Monday 22 November.
