Description

Structural methods; separation methods; organic reactions and synthesis; stereoisomerism; reaction mechanisms; naturally occurring organic compounds; non-metallic elements; transition metal chemistry.

Prerequisites

At least 9 NCEA level 3 credits in Chemistry, or
CHEM114, or
equivalent preparation approved by Head of Department, Chemistry
