This course equips learners with the knowledge to design and present effective risk communication strategies tailored to diverse stakeholders. It emphasises establishing a common risk language with different stakeholders, fostering a positive organisational risk culture, and applying evidence-based principles when managing uncertainty. Learners will gain practical experience by developing and presenting a risk communication strategy for a real-life event. The course will focus on general risk management principles and tools that are also applicable to enterprise risk management. The examples used will highlight enterprise and operational risks.
