English writing skills assessment. Electronic circuit simulation followed by a design-and-build project including circuit design and simulation, printed circuit board design, and construction of a working device with documentation. CAD draughting, basic operation and draughting, drawing aids, editing, creating objects, projections, adding text, dimensioning, use of standard parts. Documentation preparation. Selected management topics.
Subject to approval of the Dean of Engineering and Forestry.
The laboratories are held on Mondays from 2-5pm in the Glade (E217). This is located on the second floor, above the cafeteria. The Grotto (E222) also has computers available.
