Description

Classical silviculture systems: autecology; stand development and stand dynaics. Applications of tree physiology to silviculture; enviornmental ecophysiology; tree/soil relationships. Propagation; tree breeding systems; seed orchards; clonal forestry; molecular techniques in tree breeding.

Prerequisites

BIOL112 and BIOL113, or
their equivalents.
