AI Solutions Design and Delivery

Description

This course prepares students to lead and manage AI-driven business initiatives from conception through launch. Students develop knowledge and skills in opportunity identification, technology evaluation, strategic decision-making, and systems governance specific to AI solutions. Emphasising both generative AI and traditional machine learning applications, the course addresses distinctive business challenges of AI solutions including data strategy, model governance, vendor relationships, responsible AI development, and stakeholder management. Through case studies and hands-on workshops, students build practical competencies for delivering successful AI solutions in business contexts.
