This course will assist you to analyse complex organisational behaviour topics at individual, group and organisational levels. The course is focused on accurate problem analysis as well as the leadership skills required to intervene effectively in complex organisational systems.
This course enables you to identify and reflect on your leadership capabilities through self-assessment and reflection. You will develop the professional requirements to become an ethical leader. This course supports you in recognising your personal leadership gaps and designing your professional leadership development.Effective personal and inter-personal leadership is fundamental to excellence in all aspects of the enterprise and is the key to mobilising group dynamics and fulfilling human potential. You will develop your understanding of your strengths, weaknesses and opportunities for improvement, building capacity within yourself and benefiting those you lead.
