Description

The course empowers current and aspiring leaders to chart and deliver an end-to-end digital transformation strategy. Rather than focusing on isolated technologies, the course develops your capacity to sense disruption, translate insight into a coherent strategy, and mobilise people, data and systems for sustainable change. By engaging with real-world cases and a capstone transformation plan, you will be able to craft evidence-based roadmaps and align stakeholders behind a clear vision. These capabilities position you to drive a digital transformation in an increasingly digital economy.
