Course Description:
This course is designed to provide you with the skills and knowledge to become an inclusive leader. You will learn about the many ways in which marginalized individuals experience workplace bias, and you will learn about bias-free strategies to recruit, select, and retain future and diverse talent. Additionally, you will work on a group project with an actual organization to hone your inclusive leadership skills and focus on enhancing DEI initiatives and/or reduction of bias. This active-learning course relies on the latest empirical research and provides practical skills for managing tomorrow's workforce.
