This course provides a robust understanding of financial and accounting principles from a diverse leadership perspective, including Indigenous and Maori perspectives. It covers financial reporting, cost analysis, capital budgeting, risk, and financing strategies, with a strong focus on using financial data to support strategic decisions. This course will provide students with an understanding of the primary commercial activities of a manager in a company, hapu, or iwi business.
