Description

This course equips students with a practical understanding of the economic, legal and regulatory environments in which organisations operate. It examines the role of public policy in shaping market conditions, explores the fundamentals of business law and compliance, and considers the strategic implications of governance, regulation and state market interactions. Emphasis is placed on real world application, with case studies drawn from both public and private sectors to support ethical and informed decision making, including treaty partnership examples.
