Description

This course develops advanced cultural competence and leadership capabilities through the lens of Aotearoa New Zealand’s bicultural foundation and its obligations under Te Tiriti o Waitangi. Students will critically engage with frameworks of biculturalism, partnership, and intercultural leadership to navigate organisational and societal contexts with confidence and integrity. Emphasis is placed on understanding Te Tiriti as a living document that informs ethical business practice, strategic engagement, and inclusive decision-making in a multicultural and globalised environment.
