Description

This course focuses on the highly significant last two phases of the DUCTRI process for human centred innovation, namely Resourcing and Implementing. The DUCTRI process (Discovering-Understanding-Creating-Testing-Resourcing-Implementing) is introduced in MGMT243 Innovation through Design Thinking, but Resourcing and Implementing are not covered in detail in the earlier course. These aspects are very often where new innovation efforts fail due to not considering these issues in the design process.
