Special Topic (H)
The overall objective of this course is to encourage participants to develop and practise their interpersonal and group skills. By the end of the course you will:1. Have increased your awareness of the effects of your behaviour on others;2. Have enhanced your communication skills;3. Have learned how to give and receive feedback;4. Have a clear understanding of group development and dynamics;5. Have an awareness of diversity issues.
Subject to approval of the Head of Department.
This course will be taught as a week-long intensive laboratory during enrolment week. The course will run from 9.00 am to 5.00 pm, Monday 13 – Friday 17 February 2006.

This course will be assessed on a Pass/Fail basis. To pass, students must attend the whole laboratory.
