Students work with a partner organisation throughout the programme, as well as participate in regular workshops with a focus on personal development and reflection.

The workshops are group facilitated discussions which encourage students to reflect on what they are learning in their internships. The focus of the workshops in PACE295 include:

Students have worked on a diverse range of placements and projects including analysing social media, event organisation, policy analysis, media strategy development, marketing and fundraising, oral history research, community and social development. We can also cater for more specialised placements related to all disciplines, especially for international students and Study Abroad students.

Note: Enrolment is by application to the PACE programme and an interview, and permission from the PACE Team. More information can be found on the course link. Specific placements cannot be guaranteed and are based on the most suitable match for the student’s skills set.
