Description

This course extends students’ project management knowledge and skills, focusing on advanced strategies for project selection, benefit realisation, change management, and project delivery. Students will apply practical tools and methodologies to manage project scope, quality, procurement, and agile practices, while integrating kaupapa Maori and Pacific perspectives into project decision-making and team leadership. The course prepares students to manage projects in culturally diverse environments, supporting both organisational objectives and community outcomes.
