This is a product design course where students will be expected to be familiar with working in groups and general design methodology processes to successfully transition product concepts to final design. Students will redesign a chosen product category for a particular market and user group operating as a design consultancy and achieve a professional portfolio piece. The course also prepares students for their final-year capstone project.
