Description

This course provides students an opportunity to advance their skills in User Interface (UI) design for both traditional and emerging platforms. The course covers advanced user studies, design principles for 2D and 3D platforms, design evaluation methodologies, and visual principles of building high fidelity user interfaces and prototypes. Students will learn how to understand, design, and evaluate user experience, including usability, accessibility, usefulness, aesthetics, emotional impact, and meaningfulness. The course also explores the latest technologies, tools, and trends in UI design for immersive platforms (e.g., AR, VR, and XR). By the end of the course, students will have practical skills in advanced UI design and evaluation, visual design principles for various platforms, and user experience design, enabling them to create and present engaging and intuitive digital products and services.
