Description

The focus of this course is to provide the competencies outlined as required by the Board, and to provide an opportunity to gain in-depth knowledge and skills in organisational psychology. This will be done through a number of workshops/seminars, noho marae, and course assessments. The workshops will focus on theory and application in the identified core areas of psychology. One class meeting will be held on a marae and will focus on cultural competencies that you can then build on and apply to the specific topic areas in the course, and to your interactions with clients and organisations.
