This course explores practical applications of biomechanics and performance analysis to equip students to support athletes in enhancing sporting performance and minimising injury risk. Students will gain an understanding of the use of analytical methods and tools to collect, analyse, and interpret quantitative data, and apply the principles of biomechanics and performance analysis to measuring and supporting performance.
SPCO204 or SPRT204, or30 points at 100-level MATH or PHYS and approval from Programme Coordinator.
