SPSC420 explores current issues related to culturally-responsive and ethical clinical and research practices. This includes a focus on the provision of Speech-language therapy services in a bi-cultural context and engaging and supporting individuals and whanau representing the multi-cultures living in Aotearoa - New Zealand. Topics covered include te Tiriti o Waitangi; ethical practices; family systems approaches, and; models of counselling.
