Description

Practical laboratory sessions and seminars help link key concepts of exercise physiology to practice. Undertake fitness assessments and understand the anaerobic and aerobic energy systems, as well as acute and chronic responses to exercise.

Assessment

Assessment Due Date Percentage  Description
Weekly quizzes 10% 1% contributed for each week. These are due every Monday by 4:30. Online quizzes are accessed via the LEARN site.
Laboratory report 12 May 2016 40% Students collect and then analyse lab data. Students then incorporate new knowledge from class into discussion regarding the meaning of their results. This is due by 9:30am. All assignments are to be submitted via the Dropbox link on LEARN.
Final exam 50% 2 hours, all course content
