The objectives of ACCT624: Corporate Governance are: a) To provide students with an understanding of recent developments in corporate governance theory and research; b) To expose students to a variety of research methods used in corporate governance research; c) To expose students to international trends in corporate governance regulations and practices; d) To build the generic skills of students including: i Oral and written communication ii Analytical iii Critical thinking
