Special Topic

Special Topic: Performance Management and Appraisal
This course will focus on the theory and application of performance and performance
management research. Considerable attention will be given to the development of performance management systems in organisations. Topics such as criterion theory and development, performance appraisal methods, feedback, job evaluation and reward systems will be discussed.
