Description

An introduction to evolution: patterns and processes of evolution; mechanisms of evolution, adaptation, speciation and extinction.

Prerequisites

BIOL112. This prerequisite may be replaced by a high level of achievement in an equivalent course as determined by the Head of the School of Biological Sciences.

Timetable Note

Tutorials: tutorials are in the second term only.  All tutorials will be held in Room 456 von Haast building.
There will be either three or four tutorial streams, depending on student numbers.
They are on one of either: Mondays 12pm - 1pm, Tuesdays 12pm - 1pm, Wednesdays 12pm - 1pm, and Thursdays 1pm - 2pm (if needed).
