Description

Atoms, molecules and the chemical bond; chemistry of the atmosphere; introduction to physical chemistry; thermodynamics; kinetics; aqueous chemistry; chemical equilibria; precipitation reactions; electrochemistry.

Prerequisites

Satisfactory performance in the laboratory component of CHEM111 or CHEM113, or
a pass in both CHEM114 and CHEM115.
