This course further develops movement science principles with an emphasis on the mechanical principles of human motion.The movement sciences are the fundamental building blocks of the study of human movement. Knowledge of the structure and function of the mechanical principles governing sporting movement is fundamental for all sport coaches.
By the end of the course, students will be able to:Describe and explain linear and angular motionDescribe and explain the principles of fluid mechanics.Apply the principles of human motion to selected sport specific situations.
