This course will enable students to:- use models of motivation, leadership, groups, communication and culture to understand the relationships between the members of an organisation,- develop an ability to make informed business decisions regarding the operation of a construction company- be able to evaluate system quality and how sustainability relates to engineering- appreciate ethical responsibilities of professionals particularly with regard to health and safety- gain a deeper knowledge of the processes required for managing infrastructure projects through their life cycle including contract administration and human resource management.
