A practical introduction to commonly used statistical methods, designed to increase the breadth of statistical skills. The emphasis is the application of statistical techniques to solve problems involving real data.

Students must register on-line for tutorial sessions at the commencement of the course. Instructions on this will be provided at the first lecture and can also be found on-line on the STAT 201 home page. Spaces in sessions of either 12 noon or 1 pm have been set aside for Forestry Science students so that you do not have timetable clashes with other Forestry courses.
