This course develops an understanding of the cognitive and personal factors of how people learn through a variety of methods including reflective practice, case-based learning, critical thinking, providing and receiving feedback. Through group activities and experiential learning the student will be able to apply critical thinking to delivering a range learning experiences. This course helps develop skills related to working in a clinical environment where learning occurs and include peer to peer education, patient/client education and clinical supervisory/mentoring education.
