Challenges and institutional responses to global environmental problems, including global warming.
The course will cover both the general context of the international order in which environment challenges and issues are played out, as well the major institutions and regulatory regimes which characterize international environmental law. Particular attention will be paid to the evolving climate change regime as being characteristic of international environmental law challenges and approaches.
