The course examines key strategic and contemporary issues related to the management and use of information systems and technology, including their theoretical and practical implications for organisations and society.
By the end of this course, the student should be able to:critically evaluate IS theory and the contributions of others on current issues to research and practicedemonstrate knowledge of work on contemporary topics in the management of IS and technologydevelop analytical and research skills and apply these to a topic of interestable to identify and assess opportunities for future work and contribution in an area of IS research.
