Description

This course builds upon Japa 142. By the end of it students will have acquired a knowledge of basic Japanese grammar and will also have learned a total of 380 kanji and approximately 2,000 words and phrases.

Prerequisites

Japa 142, or
Level 3 NCEA with 15 credits or above in Japanese, or
equivalent. Direct entry without a formal prerequisite is through a placement test and approval of the Programme Director.
