Description

Theory and Practice of client interviewing, negotiation and mediation, lawyers' roles and professional responsibility.

Attendance is mandatory for this course. Do not apply for this course unless you can be present for all days and hours set out in the course description here: 2024-2025 LLB Summer School Programme. The course depends on all students being present to undertake collaborative/interactive work in pair, trios etc.

This is a limited entry course and the deadline to apply for this course is 18 October 2024. In addition to applying for this course through your MyUC account, a student must also complete the following form: Law Summer School application 2024/2025. Completing the form is a strict requirement for enrolment in this summer course because the information assists the determination of places in limited entry courses and the administration of courses run during a period when fewer staff are on campus.
