Law of Agency
This course is concerned with the main principles of law relating to agents and principals, and their relationships with third parties. Agency law is a subject which permeates many other subjects taught at University such as Contract, Commercial, Company Law and Partnership, Equity and Tort.Since this is a half course (ie about 10 two hour lectures) there will be time for treatment of basic issues only. It is important that a good grasp of principle be obtained.
