Notes

Students work as individuals under a supervisor on an approved research topic.  A research essay is normally no longer than 10,000 words and is the culmination of an original piece of research.  Assessment will be based on the quality of the research and the appropriateness of the argument or thesis to the research question.

The final due date for submission of research essays is 1 November.
