Description

Special Topic

Special Topic: AI Strategy Development and Deployment

This course examines how organisations can strategically develop, deploy, and scale artificial intelligence initiatives to achieve competitive advantage. Students will learn to evaluate AI opportunities, build business cases for AI investments, navigate ethical and governance challenges, and lead AI-driven organisational transformation.

This is a non-technical course designed for general management students who will lead AI initiatives without necessarily building the technology themselves. The course emphasises strategic decision-making, change management, and value creation through AI rather than coding or algorithm development. Through case studies, executive frameworks, and practical exercises, students will develop the skills to bridge the gap between technical AI capabilities and business strategy.
