Description

This course is concerned with the influence of spirituality on work behaviour. It investigates spirituality from an individual, organisational and leadership perspective.

In this course we study the role of spirituality in organizational behaviour. The first part of the course, taught by Marjo Lips-Wiersma, focuses on spirituality in an organizational context. The second part of the course, taught by Peter Cammock, focuses on spirituality as a personal foundation for leadership.

This course requires active class participation and class preparation.
