Description

The course addresses the topic of leadership in relation to the responsibility of the leader towards various stakeholders (e.g. employees, shareholders, community, suppliers, and environment) in both national and international context. In the course we evaluate advanced leadership theory and build practical leadership capabilities.

Learning Outcomes

The objectives of the course are:

1. Develop critical reading skills for understanding and deconstructing academic journal articles
2. Critically understand theories and concepts related to leadership in organisations
3. Design and deliver a seminar that models key leadership principles and practices covered in the course
4. Design and implement a leadership research project
