This course is a wananga based course for Maori, Pacific and Indigenous students enrolled in the Bachelor of Digital Screen. It introduces students to current issues of working in screen industries through engagement with MPAI practitioners. Attention will be given to how contemporary MPAI communities use digital-story-scape to support their (cultural) communities.
Students must be Te Whare Purakau scholarship recipients in order to enrol in this course. Permission of the Head of Department is mandatory.
