Description

A study of the design, construction, and analysis of user interfaces, and an introduction to 2D and 3D graphics.

A study of the design, construction and evaluation of user interfaces.

Major topics include GUI design; guidelines for usability; user interface evaluation and graphic design.

The course outline provides an introduction to the course, including a synopsis, and an overview of course assessment.

Prerequisites

1) COSC121 or COSC123
2) COSC122
3) 18 points from Mathematics, Statistics or Engineering Mathematics. MATH115 (required to graduate in Computer Science) and STAT131/STAT111/STAT112 are strongly recommended. MATH101 is not acceptable.

COSC314 before 2001.
