This is an introductory course for students who have no previous knowledge of French. It is the first course in a sequence of six French language acquisition courses offered by the school.FREN121 is for outright beginners or for people who have done only a minimal amount of French at school (Year 9 or 10). It is NOT for students who have done three or more years of French at school. The course aims at an active mastery, both oral and written, of some basic structures of the French Language. This course leads directly into FREN122.
