Description

This course will provide the application of mental health and addiction knowledge and theory to a practicum setting. Students will incorporate knowledge and skills gained from HLTH216 to a practical community based placement, whereby students will examine the diverse issues experienced by individuals and groups relevant to the mental health and addiction workforce.

Prerequisites

HLTH216 - 'Foundations of Mental Health and Addictions' and subject to approval from Associate Dean - Academic based on police vetting.
