Description

Effectiveness of a firm's operations and supply chain decisions depends on leveraging data to make informed decisions. Analytic tools and techniques are fundamental to improve supply chain performance, efficiency, and fulfillment of customer demand. This course offers a range of core analytical tools and techniques in operations and supply chain management that will prepare students to make data-driven decisions.

Prerequisites

(1) MGMT170 or STAT101 and (2) A further 30 points from these 200 level courses - MGMT270, MGMT272, MGMT273, and MGMT274 and (3) A further 15 points from any 200 level MGMT courses.
