This course provides advanced study of Agile practice at both team and enterprise levels. Building on fundamental Agile knowledge, students will critically examine Agile successes and failures, identify common antipatterns and misunderstandings, and apply advanced Agile and Lean metrics to evaluate performance and drive continuous improvement. The course emphasises tailoring and hybridising Agile frameworks to suit complex contexts, and equips students with the leadership skills needed to foster Agile culture, guide change, and design transformation strategies. Through case studies, real-world scenarios, and reflective practice, students will develop the capacity to critically evaluate and lead Agile initiatives in diverse and challenging organisational environments.
