This course gives a comprehensive overview of theories, models and techniques of managing change in organisations.
This course is based on my change management model that requires managers to address four key change tasks: (a) Appreciating change, (b) Mobilising support, (c) Executing change, & (d) Building change capability. The course will examine various aspects of these four tasks.
By the end of the course, you should be able to:1. explain Industry evolution,2. list strategies for mobilising support,3. explain how managers can execute change and build capability for change,4. conduct an appreciative inquiry and analyse their findings.
