This course is designed to provide students with an understanding of the increasingly important role of career and diversity management in organisations. We study a range of career and diversity theories and focus on how to apply those theories to both individuals and organisations. The course is recommended for those wishing to pursue careers in Human Resource Management or General Management and for those who are interested in exploring their own career paths.
